PERFECT HEALTH IS THE WAY
A person is said be perfectly healthy if he is active, fit, happy and not taking any medication for any of the life style diseases like blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, cancer, asthma, depression, insomnia, osteoporosis etc. His or her BMI and Hip/Waist ratio should be ideal, vision and memory must be perfectly normal.
To achieve perfect health, healthy life style, good quality diet, sufficient high quality food supplementation, regular exercise and yoga are very essential.
Exercise on a regular basis can greatly improve our overall health and fitness and can reduce stress. It is established that frequent exercise lowers the risk of heart disease, strokes, high blood pressure, obesity and increases insulin sensitivity.

A Balanced Diet contains a diet with high protein, low fat and low carbohydrate, full of vitamins - minerals with adequate amount of fiber and water. The right amount of vitamins and nutrients can increase the life expectancy by keeping the heart, body and mind healthy and preventing from many degenerative diseases. Body weight can also be kept to an optimum level through healthy eating and leading to a fit and active lifestyle.
That is why it is said that we should regularly take good quantity of seeds, nuts, Soya, tofu products, beans, cheese, yoghurt, milk, fruits and vegetables in our diet. Fruit and vegetables are rich in vitamins and minerals which are essential nutrients which our body needs in order to work properly. As well as keeping our skin and hair healthy, they can reduce the risk of getting heart disease and some types of cancers. We should eat five servings of fruit and vegetables every day. They should be fresh, frozen, canned or dried. Fruits and vegetables must be the major part of our diet. Fish, meat and eggs are also good for health but they should not be prepared with high amount of oil and fats. We should reduce the intake of salt and sugar in our daily diet.
By taking good quality and balanced diet, we can protect ourselves from cancer, diabetes, osteoporosis, heart disease, strokes and general bad health.
